How to delete your Dabo account

You can delete your account yourself, in the Dabo app or on godabo.app:

1. Sign in and open your profile.
2. Open Help & Support and tap “Delete account”.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@godabo.app from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, mobile number, email address, profile photo, date of birth, gender, club and association numbers, playing preferences, connections, blocks, notification settings, your place on every team, and your replies to events and games that have not happened yet. Your sign-in is closed and cannot be used again.

What is kept

Records you share with other players stay so their history remains correct: match and practice results, lineups, ladder and tournament records, and messages you sent in chats. They are shown under “Deleted player” and no longer identify you. Reports made to Dabo about safety are kept as long as needed to handle them.

When you need to do something first

If you are the only captain of a team that still has players, add another captain first. If you have a lesson booked or hold a weekly lesson place, cancel it or ask your coach to end it first. Club administrators and coaches should email support@godabo.app.
